This position reports to the maintenance supervisor or property manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests.

Fix minor plumping and electrical issues!
-
Install and repair appliances.

Repair general punch items
-
Trash out recently vacated apartments
-
Ensure apartment home will pass inspection for new move in

Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, and light drywall repair
-
Painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots.

Work on-call if hired permanently.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Construction, hotel/apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.

Owns a set of basic hand tools.

Have dependable transportation to and from work.

Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.

Enjoy working with others and taking directions when needed.

Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers.
